Most orders delivered to the mainland UK will arrive 24 hours after we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We recommend there is someone in to receive the order, as it may not fit through your letterbox and you would have to collect from your local post office or sorting office.

We remind you it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct full address and postcode. If you have provided us with an incomplete or wrong address and your order is returned to us, we may charge you to re-send your order. To avoid this happening please provide the full address which includes door number (or house name), street name, city and postcode. If you have made an error before we have sent the order, please email us and we will update your order information.
